Discreet Packaging - Always
Every single order — whether it’s a lace bralette or a personal massager — is shipped in a plain, opaque box or padded envelope with no mention of “Lovecraftstore” or any indication of contents on the outside.
- Outer packaging: Plain brown box or grey mailer bag — no branding
- Return address label: Listed under a neutral business name (e.g., “LCS Fulfillment”)
- Invoice: Included inside the package, in a sealed envelope
- Bank statement: Will appear as a discreet merchant name (not “Lovecraftstore”)
Your neighbour, family member, or delivery person will have absolutely no idea what’s in the package. That’s a promise.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once it’s on its way.
Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website under “My Orders” or through our logistics partner’s website using your AWB number.
If tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ days after dispatch, please reach out to us — we’ll investigate.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, your order will be returned to us. In this case, re-shipping charges will apply and COD orders will not be eligible for refund.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.
