We want you to love every purchase. Here’s our honest, no-fuss policy on returns and exchanges — built around hygiene standards and your peace of mind.

Important: Please record an unboxing video when you receive your order. This is required to raise any claim for damaged or defective products. Without video evidence, we may be unable to process your request.

Lingerie & Intimate Apparel

For health and hygiene reasons — and in line with standard practice across India and globally — all intimate apparel including lingerie, bodysuits, bralettes, and underwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

This is not us being difficult. It’s simply not possible to re-sell intimate garments once they leave our facility, and we hold ourselves to the same standards you would.

When We’ll Make an Exception

  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product)
  • The item arrived visibly damaged, torn, or with a manufacturing defect
  • The product was not as described in a material way

In these cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and unboxing video. We’ll offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.

Adult Toys & Wellness Products

Due to the intimate nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once the product has been delivered.

Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or stops functioning within 7 days of delivery, we’ll replace it — no questions asked. Requirements:

  • Unboxing video showing the damage or malfunction
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Contact us at hello@lovecraftstore.in within 7 days of delivery

Replacement will be shipped in discreet packaging within 5–7 business days of approval.

Eligible Returns (Loungewear & Non-intimate Items)

For eligible products, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • You have the invoice or order confirmation
  • The item is not from the sale or final-clearance section

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  • Email us at returns@lovecraftstore.in with subject line: “Return/Replacement – [Order ID]”
  • Include: order number, reason, photos, and unboxing video
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days
  • If approved, we’ll share the return address or dispatch a replacement
