Orders & Shopping
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and reorder easily.
How do I know my size?
Each product page has a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart before ordering - especially for lingerie, as sizing can vary by style. When in doubt, size up.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can request a modification within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. After that, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be in processing.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship all over India?
Yes! We deliver Pan-India. A small number of remote PIN codes may not be serviceable - you'll be notified at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it under "My Orders" on our website.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Can I return my lingerie if it doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, no. For hygiene and safety reasons, all intimate apparel — including lingerie, bodysuits, bralettes, and underwear — are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. This is standard industry practice in India and globally. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
Why do you ask for an unboxing video?
This protects you as much as it protects us. An unboxing video is proof of the condition in which you received the product and helps us resolve your issue quickly without back-and-forth.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes - but only within 24 hours of placing the order and before it has been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, email us or WhatsApp us with your order ID immediately.
Can I exchange for a different size?
For lingerie and intimate apparel — no. Exchanges are not possible for hygiene reasons. For non-intimate apparel like loungewear or robes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking on select PIN codes.
Is it safe to use my card on your website?
Yes. All transactions are processed through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. We never store your card details.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?
This is usually reversed automatically within 5–7 business days by your bank. If it isn't, email us with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it immediately.
